So many women live disconnected from their bodies — judged by them, numbed from them, or too busy to listen. But your body is not your enemy; it’s your compass. It holds your stories, your emotions, and your freedom. My dance classes or workshops are an invitation to come back home to you.

Through dance, mindful moments, support and creative flow, I help you release tension, emotion, and self-criticism — replacing them with presence, pleasure, and connection with other like minded women

This isn’t about choreography or looking graceful. It’s about feeling alive again. It’s about remembering that your body is not something to fix — it’s something to feel.
